Welcome to my Process Portfolio page! I have collected many assignments from over this semester that showcases my academic growth and how this class has transformed me as a person and as a student. Coming into Mrs. McFadden’s class, I was scared and extremely overwhelmed with the amount of upcoming work. I definitely struggled with not only completing my assignments but turning them in as well. But as the year went on, I got back on my horse and started to pass this class. Although it was very tiring, it was very rewarding with feeling as if I am earning my diploma final because my limits have never been pushed this far. I included big projects like “A Critical Look” and “Everyone has a Story”, a few text from in class, and a standardized test, showing different aspects of how my year went. I has a roller coaster of events, shaping my perspective and in class discussion opening up my mind to things such as abortion, immigration and different religions, all while conversing with my classmates. This process portfolio is important because it captures my struggles, hardships and downfalls but also my achievements and growth from this semester. The purpose of this is to give an insight to where I came from and how far I have ran, from start to finish, I believe all aspects of this class have been important and impacted my perspective one way or another, preparing me for my future and what is to come.
